These beautiful double columbine flowers are a deep pink edged with lime green, surrounded with dark green foliage.
Originated from Europe and naturalised in North America. Also known as Double columbine or Grandma's Bonnets
Recommended by the RHS to be an excellent attractant and nectar source for bees and other beneficial insects.
- Hardy perennial.
- Flowers May to July.
- Grow to approximately 32" (80 cm) tall.
- Thrive in full sun or partial shade.
- Prefer a well drained position
- Plant 16" (40 cm) apart.
- May self seed.
- Makes a good cut flower.
