The 'superfruit' is a relatively new concept within the health market, although the many health benefits of the goods encompassed under this umbrella term have been known for a long time.
Superfruits includes the likes of antioxidant- and vitamin-rich pomegranates, goji berries, blueberries, cranberries (wolfberry) and bilberries, all of which if eaten in moderation can help you to achieve optimum health. Slated to be the next 'new' super fruit. A popular fruit amongst foragers. Closely related to the Blueberry though the fruits are smaller. Self fertile.

Honeyberry
