One of the best varieties of Shallot to grow from seed, Matador consistently produces heavy crops of quality bulbs. The thick reddish brown skin protects the pure white flesh beneath - which is gorgeously crisp and richly flavoured.

Stores very well - and can keep right through to spring of the following year.
