Salad potatoes are just that, great for salads! They steam or boil well and are more firm varieties holding their shape with thin skins.
All our potato tubers are certified and sent from our UK nursery in Kent.
Potato Tuber 'Nicola'
Second Early / Salad. Excellent boiled or steam and used as a salad potato. High yielding, excellent flavour.
Available from APPROXIMATELY late January / early February

Potato Tuber 'Pentland Javelin'
First early. High yielding white, waxy potato, good for salad potatoes and popular for its flavour. Disease resistant. First introduced by Dr Dunnett in 1968.
