Description

This delightful Sarpo Mira potato is a main crop variety, which has a floury flesh and beautiful red coloured skin, making it ideal for baking, roasting and chips.

The plants produce pink flowers and have a high resistance to blight. You can expect a good yield, maturing 125-140 days from planting and they store well.

The SRT (Sarvari Research Trust, in Bangor, North Wales) have carried out extensive research and found this to be one of the best blight resistant varieties of potato.
