Very pungent scented bog plant with a pretty flower.
Recommended by the RHS to be an excellent attractant and nectar source for bees and other beneficial insects.

- Likes a full sun position, will tolerate light shade.
- Reaches 3 feet (90 cm) tall.
- Very small, attractive pinky mauve flowers.
- Flowers midsummer to earlyautumn.
- Can be grown in shallow water or likes boggy ground.

- Leaves are thought to repell flies.
- Can be used to make tea.
- Can be eaten as you would other varieties of mint.
