Angelica Plant
A very versatile hardy, biennial herb that can be used in salads, eaten as a vegetable or crystallised for cake decorations. Also a striking architectural plant.

Bay Plant
An evergreen, hardy, perennial shrubby herb. Great for adding flavour to cooking particularly soup and stews. Can help relieve aching limbs!

Burn Jelly Plant
Also known as Stalked Bulbine, the leaves of this unusual plant are said to have healing properties. Good for burns, wounds, and skin infections.

Catgrass Plant
For cat lovers! Cats eat this sparingly for essential vitamins. Said to help remove fur balls. Particularly good if your cat is house bound.

Epazote Plant
Annual. Often used in Mexican cooking particularly with black beans as it reduces the gas our bodies produce. A green leave and flower that is easy to grow in a warm position.

Fennel Plant
Feathery grey-green foliage with an aniseed flavour. An attractive border plant with bright yellow flowers. Excellent in bread, salad and soups.

Fennel Plant - Bronze Fennel
A beautiful purple variety, which can be grown in ornamental borders, reaches 6 feet tall with golden, yellow flowers. Great accompaniment to fish dishes.

A pretty plant that has medicinal benefits, particularly if you suffer from migraines or arthritis. Easy to grow. Use leaves to make Feverfew tea.

A tall variety with large, open, plain green leaves. Aromatic and vigorous. Excellent in soups, fish dishes and especially sauces.

Pennyroyal
A lovely soil-hugging ground cover that exudes a powerful scent of peppermint when crushed. Pretty lavender-blue flowers throughout the summer months. The smallest-leaved of all the mints.

Rosemary Plant - Common Rosemary
Very popular aromatic seasoning herb. Perennial in habit and grows into a lovely scented bush. If you only grow one herb, this is the one we would recommend!

Rosemary Plant - Rosemary 'Sudbury Blue'
A fine-leaved form of Rosemary with a rich dark green foliage and upright habit. Pale blue flowers in spring and summer. Perfect for the herb garden and also as a hedging plant.

Sage Plant - Blackcurrant Sage
A lovely herb plant with a beautiful blackcurrant scent and striking cerise flowers. Grows into a shrubby, perennial bush.

Self-heal Plant
Clusters of lovely purple flowers on erect stems, reach 8" tall, but can be used as ground cover (and mowed). Once thought to be the 'cure-all' plant.

Bright green foliage with a rich lemon scent. An excellent ground cover and a real 'must have' for the kitchen garden and ornamental garden alike.

Valerian Plant - Common Valerian
Produces masses of sweetly scented pink or white flowers which was once used in perfume manufacture. Its dried root is used to treat insomnia and anxiety.

Wormwood Plant
Herbaceous perennial that is typically used to make Absinthe. Often used for medicinal healing, particularly digestion and its repellent properties.

Yarrow Plant 'Wild Yarrow'
Hardy perennial with small, tightly packed white flower with green fern like foliage. Good companion plant with a strong sweet fragrance. Reaches 18" tall.

Basil Plant - Holy Basil
Herb plant. A short-lived perennial plant that requires winter frost protection. Sacred to the Hindu faith. Also used in Thai cooking but not to be confused with Thai or Sweet Basil.
