Description
Also known as Dattier Saint-Vallier, this hybrid grape came about as part of the breeding program that brought us Seyval Blanc, but is more suited to eating. The large green fruits have a sweet, slightly muscat, flavour - but not too overpowering!
- Originally from France.
- Mid-season fruit ripening.
- Winter wood ripening is good - so can be grown both outdoors or under protection (greenhouse, polytunnel or conservatory.
- Can be trained using either the cane replacement method or spur pruning.
- Self fertile.
- Fruit contains seeds.
