Corn Salad Seeds
Corn salad is such a worthwhile crop to grow, particularly for Winter leaves and is best sown in the Autumn.
Leaves are picked more as a 'cut and come again crop' but you can also harvest the whole rosettes and they have a nutty flavour with a lovely dark green colour to them but with a soft texture (can also be used as a green manure!)
A slow growing crop that withstands freezing conditions but maintains it's soft leaves.
Also known as Lambs lettuce, mâche or corn leaves and we can send our seeds to you throughout the UK.
