Description
These daisy like flowers are beautiful with their several colours and tones on each petal, starting pink on the inside to white tinged with lime green on the outside, surrounding a red centre. Flowers can reach up to 4" (10 cm) in diameter and get grander as the plant matures. Simply stunning.
A fairly compact variety so ideally suited for a smaller garden or pot but will grow as part of a wildflower meadow or cottage garden (yes its very versatile!)
Recommended by the RHS to be an excellent attractant and nectar source for bees and other beneficial insects.
- Hardy, perennial, clump forming.
- Flowers July to September.
- Reaches 3 feet (100 cm) tall by 18" (50 cm) wide.
- Likes a full sun or partial shade position.
- Likes well drained soil.
- Makes a good cut flower.
